Dr. Penny Zaddack, owner of Impact Psychological Services, is a licensed psychologist. She has a wide variety of experience providing clinical services to adolescents and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, via community mental health centers and private clinics.
She is a certified provider in Compassionate Bereavement Care and specializes in the treatment of grief, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She has a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's degree in Counseling in Education from Northern Arizona University, and both a Master's degree and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University.
In addition to providing clinical services to clients at Impact Psychological Services, Dr. Zaddack recently retired from her role as Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University. In her role at MWU, she provided supervision to doctoral level clinical psychology students and oversaw all operations of the MWU Psychology Institute.

Dr. Zaddack utilizes a strength's based approach to treating clients and employs a number of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and client centered methodologies that can be structured to meet the unique needs of each individual.
