Insurance: We do not accept insurance.  For your convenience we will provide a form for you to submit to an out-of-network provider.  Please check with your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement rates (for many this is 30%-70%). Often, this may be a tax deductible medical expense. This is not a guarantee of payment.

Fees: Session fee is $175 for each 50 minute individual in office session.  Video therapy fee is $175 per each 50 minute video session. Group therapy is $85 for each 90 minute group session.

Initial Consultation: All services begin with a 50 minute intake appointment during which information will be gathered and treatment goals determined.

Appointments: Individual in office and video therapy appointments are 50 minutes in length, unless arranged ahead of time.  Group therapy is 90 minutes in length. ​​​

Payment methods: We accept cash, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is collected at the time of service.
